Formative Assessment


10 minutes:

Students engage in a Formative Assessment to better understand:

      • Levels of understanding and empathy of their person’s growth/fixed mindset dispositions
      • Perceptions of their person’s capacity to manage challenges and adversity
      • Their team’s current decision-making practices and growth/fixed mindset dispositions
      • Their own overall (typical) use of growth mindset dispositions.

1.     Place a “C” on the scale to show where you believe your current level of understanding / empathy is with your person’s disposition toward dilemma, challenge, adversity, and choices he/she has made. 

2.   Place a “P” on the scale to show your person’s capacity to effectively manage their growth/fixed mindset dispositions when faced with challenges and/or adversity. 

3.    Place a “T” to show my team’s current level of applying creative and innovative decision making practices toward original concepts, as well as purposeful and sustainable solutions.
